Confidence is Silent
A man who shouts his greatness, Is often full of fear,
Contemplate, Boston 1973 "Photographs From a Lifetime"
Confidence is silent, You do not have to speak, If you have to talk about it, We know that you are weak. A man who shouts his greatness, Is often full of fear, No need for boasts or empty claims, True strength will just appear. Those who seek to stake their fame, Are bound to rise and fall. Their words are just smoke and mirrors, While the quiet ones stand tall, They speak in promises that boosts their good, But truth cuts through their crap. The louder they shout, the more they tell, We find no need for that. For strength is shown in action, Not in words or grand design. But in the silence of the strong, While the loud ones waste our time.

Oh how I agree Phil!
True and well written. Unfortunately it's often the loud and boisterous who command attention. Especially in a world where so few read beyond the headlines
